The 91431 accessory set is designed to be a versatile tool for home, shop, or garage use. It often serves as a complementary set to the power nozzle or turbine package that came with a central vacuum system. Having a second tool set can save time and effort in multi-story homes, as it eliminates the need to constantly move the primary set from floor to floor.

The hose end is engineered to fit industry-standard inlets and will activate the system through low-voltage contacts in the wall valve. While some pre-1980 valves may use a microswitch for activation, the 91431 will still work, although the automatic activation feature may not be available with the banded cuff.

This set includes a comprehensive range of attachments suitable for most standard household cleaning tasks. It is particularly well-suited for use in basements, garages, or on hard floor areas, with the floor brush designed for cleaning hardwood, tile, stone, and vinyl surfaces.

The 91431 is designed to provide a basic set of accessory tools for a central vacuum system. The 1.25" x 30-foot non-electric hose is manufactured using a unique process that ensures a smooth interior for superior airflow and quieter operation.

The 13" metal friction curved end is designed to swivel over the hose, reducing stress on both the user and the hose. The tool-to-tool connections are made through friction, with the parts wedging and pressing together without a physical locking mechanism.

The wall end is an industry-standard 1.50" outer diameter, making it compatible with all major central vacuum inlets, except for the slightly smaller Nutone branded inlet.

The package includes two chrome wands with nylon friction collars to keep them in place without wedging together, ensuring they can never be separated. Additionally, it features a 12" natural fill floor brush and a combination nozzle ideal for area rugs and door mats.

The basic accessory set includes a 10" crevice tool, a 4" dusting tool, and a 5" upholstery tool. The mesh caddy bag allows for easy collection and storage of the tools on the hose hanger, while providing visibility of the contents.

The 91431 is compatible with all major central vacuum brands, including Beam, Eureka, Vacuflo, Vacu-Maid, Imperium, Cyclovac, Star Power, Canavac, Hayden, Air Vac, MD, and Nutone systems (excluding the Nutone branded square inlet).

Industry-standard wall valves and utility inlets on central vacuums that include this feature have the same inner diameter and will accept the 91431 hose end. The metal band will activate the low-voltage control of the vacuum, turning it on as the hose is inserted.
